How do I cancel my order and return my purchase?

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order, return your items and receive a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification. To cancel, you can email us at quoting your order number.

You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to the end of a period of seven working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s). You must take reasonable care of the items.  If you do want to cancel you order, we cannot collect, we would raise a service form and a five digit number would be given to you and you would have to return the product yourselves.  Please contact Customer Services for further details.
